Dakota is our son Cole's hunting partner and breeding female.  Dakota is sired by our stud dog Eli who has produced many titled pointing labs including Dakota's full sister, 4XGMPR Aaron's Georgia Peach.  Dakota is 55-60 pounds of muscle and style. She is one of the most fun loving girls we have and is also a machine when it comes to birds. Dakota hunts hard and has a really nice point. She is an unbelievable marker when it comes to down birds in hunting situations especially. We are always amazed a a rooster down in a corn field plot and somehow she comes back with it! How did she mark that? Dakota loves to train and has a big water entry! She loves the water! Dakota primarily upland pheasant hunts but would be an amazing duck and goose dog. When it comes to the kennel or travel she is an easy keeper and very social. Dakota has a great temperament and has a ton of heart. She wants to please and will work hard for anyone. Dakota earned her Certified Pointing Retriever title at 13 months going 2/2 in the spring of 2024. She then achieved her Advanced Pointing Retriever title that fall at 16 months of age. Dakota is very calm and gentle around family, kids, and company. She is very well behaved and is a joy to have around. She is a very well rounded female and should produce some real quality Pointing Labs! We are very excited to see the pups that Dakota produces; they should be anything from house dogs, hunting partners, hunt test runners, and best friends.
